SHIPPING NATIONAL

We send our products as an insured package with the parcel service Hermes. If you want an alternative shipping method, such as by DHL or UPS, please indicate this when placing your order. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping notification from us including a tracking number so that your package can be tracked. Shipping to a parcel shop is also possible. Of course, you are welcome to pick up your jewelry in my studio in Hanover. To do this, choose the free PICK UP option. The delivery of goods within Germany is free of charge. The delivery takes place within 1-3 working days after the end of the production time. Please note the individual production time on the respective product page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The costs of standard shipping within the EU are 12,00€ - 20,00€ depending on the country. The delivery takes place within 1-3 working days after the end of the production time.

The costs of standard shipping outside the EU are 35.00€. Delivery takes place within 4-8 working days after the end of the production time. From an order value of 800 € we offer free standard shipping within and outside the EU. If, as part of this variant, part of the goods is subsequently returned using the cancellation form, so that the final amount is less than € 800, the regular shipping costs will be charged plus.

Please note that applicable taxes and customs duties are to be borne by the buyer and international orders may take longer due to customs formalities. If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not claim the package, you are not entitled to a replacement. We cannot take responsibility for any customs action on your package. The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties that may be charged on the package. Please understand that customs determine these fees and that we cannot calculate them in advance.
