COLOR & TEXTURE

The material DIOMANT is a composite created by me. Due a small serial production, deviations in color, size and quality may occur. These deviations are not a defect but are the result of manual work. Any of those deviations cannot be declared as a material defect. Please note that the colors on your screen may differ from the original colors.

CUSTOM MADE

I offer my customers to design CANDY FOREST in a color of their choice. It is also possible to order CANDY FOREST with a double-needle instead of an integrated magnet. If you are interested in a custom-made product, please contact me, so we can discuss your ideas. Please note that the right of withdrawal unfortunately cannot be used for custom-made products.

SHIPPING

CANDY FOREST will be ready for shipment within 4 working days if the model of your desired size is in stock. In case of a custom-made model the shipping time is extended to about 7-20 working days due to production time. Regularly I ship via HERMES. If you wish a different delivery by e.g. UPS or DHL, please let me know in the comments. More informations about shipping.

HANDLING & CARE

When attaching your CANDY FOREST brooch to your garment, double-check the stability. CANDY FOREST works best on tops, pullovers, blazers and jackets. Fabrics that are too thick, such as coat fabrics and coarse meshed fabrics, are not good for holding your jewelry. Please also avoid fabrics that are too fine, such as silk blouses, as such materials are very sensitive.

CANDY FOREST has a partial paint application which is sealed with an additional coating. Always avoid moisture and excessive sunlight and put CANDY FOREST in a box when not in use.

With jewelry, it is like with your own wallet: if you take good care of it, nothing will get lost! I also thought that I can put my favorite ring “just for a moment“ in my pocket for washing my hands. I thought as well that the filigree earrings won’t get damaged when I put them into my handbag. Experience shows that this NEVER works well! For this reason: treat your jewelry like a treasure, because that‘s what it is! Think about which piece of jewelry you would feel most comfortable with today. If you take it off, put it directly into a box or always carry a small pouch with you. Your jewelry will thank you and so will you :)

SECURITY ADVICE

My jewelry is very attractive to children with its size and color intensity. Please make sure that babies and toddlers do not have access to your piece of jewelry. Babies and toddlers could chew on it or even swallow it. Important note: magnet brooches cannot be worn if you have a pacemaker.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTACHING A MAGNET BROOCH 

A neodymium magnet was molded into the brooch, so it can be attached quickly and easily with another magnet. Position the piece of jewelry with one hand from the outside of your garment in the place where it should sit afterwards. With the magnet in the other hand, you reach under your garment and now bring both pieces, jewelry and magnet, together. The magnetism works immediately, so that both pieces automatically find each other: the brooch fits! Is the brooch not in the right place yet? The advantage of a magnetic brooch – in contrast to a brooch with a pin – is that its position can be readjusted. To do this, carefully grasp the outside of your piece of jewelry, hold your garment and adjust the brooch in a direction of your choice. The magnet under your clothing follows the item of jewelry.
